I can't believe March is almost over.  Are you ready for Easter?  Preparing for an Easter celebration can be very overwhelming.  But it is, for me, an emotional time as well.  Just picturing in my mind the rock being gone from the opening of the tomb and Jesus standing beside me gives me enormous joy in my heart.  It makes me want to shout and sing praise to His name.  That is what I desire for the kids.  To know Him not just know about Him.  To be able to feel and express the joy that He gives us.  What Victory!!!

Praying for all the leaders today.  Not just church leaders but leaders of our nation.

Well now that the month of February is almost gone what do you have going on during the month of March?  Just a note...it's never too early to start preparing for your Easter event.  Easter is one of the most visited Sundays in a church.  What a great opportunity to reach so many children with the story of Jesus.  During the next few weeks, I will be adding some of the things that we did during Easter and lesson  ideas.  Also look for new pages being added with more volunteer encouragement ideas and a page for teacher/volunteer training.  So much to add I wish I could do it all at once!  Remember, God chose you to lead and teach His most precious gems...what a blessing He has showered you with.  Praying that He covers you with all His grace and mercy.

Hope every one had a great Valentine's Day!  I'm sure all the kiddos had some sort of party.  Would love to hear what activities they did.
